| REVENUE 1927 17th June, complete printed Memorandum and Articles of Association of Mandimwi Estates Ltd. The eight page document, with two further inserted at end, outlining all the legal positions for the Company, applied at various points with KGV key type definitives. First internal page with 10/- plus five x £1, third page with 2/6 pair and 10/- (this just affected by puncture), fifth similarly applied, first loose page with 2/6 single and pair and second loose page with 2/6 pair plus a remarkable seven £10 purple and royal blue, SG 99e, including a block of four. All cancelled violet oval 'REGISTRAR OF HIGH COURT / 17 JUN 1927 / BLANTYRE, NYASALAND' strikes. Odd minor peripheral ageing. A spectacular document, and a rarity as complete. |
