| 1893 Cape 1d carmine-red with overprint reading downwards. Complete LOWER LEFT PANE OF 60 with margins on three sides showing plate number ‘7’ at base. Showing the constant varieties Broken ‘B’ in 'Bechuanaland' [Row 1/1], Dot in ‘u’ [Row 2/6] and Sliced ‘ch’ in 'Bechuanaland' [Row 10/6]. Three stamps with creases and a few marginal perforations splitting, otherwise all stamps are remarkably fresh unmounted mint. A rare multiple. SG 38
