| 1941 31st July, envelope bearing KGVI 1½d carmine-red pair (SG 29), lightly cancelled 'BALOVALE', addressed to Ireland. Opened both sides and resealed with printed tape, at left in Northern Rhodesia and struck with triangular 'PASSED BY CENSOR / 5' cachet, at right with pink Irish type. Attractive and unusual. |
