Bearing a small embossed circular ‘BECHUANALAND PROTECTORATE / STAMP / DUTY / 2d’ revenue stamp struck in blue at right. The reverse with various datestamps and endorsements including Francistown (30 Mar) double circle datestamps, POSTMASTER / 30-3-1955 / FRANCISTOWN BECH. PROT. oval datestamp struck in violet and OFFICER IN CHARGE / 20 APR 1955 / RHODESIA REPEATERS oval datestamp (with day inserted in manuscript). Small corner fault. Attractive. |
