Underpaid and endorsed in blue '2 ozs T 3d', duly applied with previously used Southern Rhodesia 3d overprint (SG D4, rounded corner), further cancelled 'SALISBURY 13 MAY 59'. A contemporary pencil note on the reverse noting the use of the previously used due and 'presumably collecting 3d for it!'. Punctires at top and opening fault at right. Most unusual and appealing. |
