Forgery Fournier forgery of the 1896 1d rose-red and green printed in near-issued colours. Imperforate block of eight (4x2) with large margins on three sides. The reverse with small ‘FAC-SIMILÉ’ applied in diagonal rows in blue by the L’Union Philatélique de Genève in 1928. Two stamps thinned / torn otherwise very fine. Scarce in this format.
