| Forgeries Group of 15 different Fournier forgeries of the Vurtheim issue in close to issued colours. Comprising imperforate on gummed paper: 2d, 2½d, 3d, 4d, 6d, 1/-, 2/6, 5/- and 10/-. Perforated on gummed paper: 2½d and 4d; Perforated and provided with cancellation: 2d, 2½d, 6d and £5. All except the 10/- are handstamped ‘FAUX’ in black while the 10/- has ‘FAC-SIMILÉ’ applied in diagonal rows in blue on the reverse. Both were applied by the L’Union Philatélique de Genève in 1928.
