Bearing a BESTER’S NATAL (24 Aug) temporary rubber single circle datestamp struck in violet, partially overstruck by an Abingdon (16 Sep) duplex canceller, where the cover was re-addressed. Ladysmith (24 Aug) and Abingdon (16 Sep) transits and Worthing (17 Sep) arrival backstamps. Some crumpling at right, though a very scarce cancellation. |
