RU38 1978 25th January, single page printed 'Fire-arm Certificate', applied with $1 revenue cancelled violet boxed 'OFFICE OF THE DISTRICT COMMISSIONER'. Issued for a pistol, and noted that the total amount of ammunition to be purchased in any one year as '100'. Most unusual and a rare survivor. £35
