Note: Although it is assumed single stamps with centre omitted probably emanate from the upper half of a vertical pair with normal, De Robeck (1982) illustrates a horizontal corner pair with centres omitted, apparently from the left of the lower row. This stamp appears plateable as position 19, i.e. the fourth stamp from the left of the lower row.
